The Carmel Coffee House (formerly Caffe Cardinale and Roasting Company).  Not only has the name changed, but the coffee is better than EVER!  In February of 2009, we went ORGANIC!  Small batch roasted and 100% ORGANIC!! We roast our certified organic beans to perfection 20 pounds at a time.  Not only does our coffee taste great, but it will also be absent of any pesticides and chemicals that your body does not need.  Just great coffee, that is all we know how to do.

At the Carmel Coffee House we blend several regional green coffee beans, each has their own distinctive characteristics. We blend them in "secret" proportions that give a whole different taste, body and aroma.
