The Carmel Coffee House (formerly Caffe Cardinale and Roasting Company).  As of February 2009 our coffee is 100% ORGANIC!  Carmel Coffee House is the ONLY micro-roaster in Carmel-by-the-Sea.  Our master roaster roasts our certified organic beans to perfection 20 pounds at a time.  The result is excellent coffee.  If you are ever in Carmel-by-the-Sea we invite you to come watch and smell the process in action.  Hope to see you soon.

At the Carmel Coffee House we blend several regional green coffee beans, each has their own distinctive characteristics. We blend them in "secret" proportions that give a whole different taste, body and aroma. These coffees are our pride and joy at The Carmel Coffee House and are some of our top sellers due to their unique character. While the proportions of the blends are different the quality and freshness are second to none in the coffee industry.
