| The Carmel Coffee House (formerly Caffe Cardinale
and Roasting Company). Not only has the name changed, but the coffee is better
than EVER! In February of 2009, we went ORGANIC!
Small batch roasted and 100% ORGANIC!! We roast our
certified organic beans to perfection 20 pounds at a
time. Not only does our coffee taste great, but it
will also be absent of any pesticides and chemicals that
your body does not need. Just great coffee, that
is all we know how to do.

Personalize Your Own Coffees
The Carmel Coffee House and Roasting Company has three levels of personalized or custom coffee.
Level One: Personalize or custom packaging and labels.
You may private label or personalize any of our coffees. Whole bean or ground. Regular or Decaffeinated.
We will package any of our current coffee selections. We will print custom labels to your specifications.
Wedding favors, corporate gifts, Real Estate Agent thank you or housewarming gifts. Your logo can even be incorporated on the label.
You may call it anything you wish – “The Smith Family Blend” or “Smith Roofing Service Blend”.
Combine this option with a personalized ceramic or travel mug for a complete package. Custom mugs have a 6 to 8 week lead time, so plan ahead.
Level Two: Personalize or custom roast.
We will roast to your specifications. Darker or lighter, whatever is your preference.
This requires a minimum order of 20 pounds. Pricing will depend on the roast and packaging requested.
Select from any of our green bean line we typically carry and our Master Roaster will roast them to perfection.
Level Three: Personalized coffee beans.
If we do not have the type of green bean you are looking for – we will source it for you and roast to your specifications.
This level requires a minimum order of 100 pounds and a deposit for the green beans once they are sourced.
