The Carmel Coffee House (formerly Caffe Cardinale and Roasting Company).  Not only has the name changed, but the coffee is better than EVER!  In February of 2009, we went ORGANIC!  Small batch roasted and 100% ORGANIC!! We roast our certified organic beans to perfection 20 pounds at a time.  Not only does our coffee taste great, but it will also be absent of any pesticides and chemicals that your body does not need.  Just great coffee, that is all we know how to do.

Our Decaffeinated Coffees

While close to 80% of the decaffeinated coffee on the market is made using the "chemical process", all of the decaffeinated coffee that we roast and sell is made using the "Mountain Water Process".

First only high quality green beans are selected for the decaffeination process. The coffee is then decaffeinated using water and charcoal filters to remove the caffeine. After the process is complete, the green beans are 99.9% free of caffeine while retaining 100% of their original flavor. The whole process is done without chemicals. There are enough chemicals in your life, the last place you want them is in your coffee.

And of course, ALL of our decaffeinated coffees are 100% organic.
